All order information is subject to verification by Marquette County Clerk no later than the end of the next business day. You will be notified by the court if discrepancies are noted.
Delivery
Any orders that are received after 12:00 Noon ET will not be shipped until the following business day. Documents associated with your order should be delivered within seven (7) business days.

Service Fee
Customers of this site will be charged $6.00 or 5%, whichever is greater by VitalChek.
Charge Information
The price of your order will be determined by the number of pages required by Marquette County to print your requested document. Marquette County will send you a receipt once the final cost has been determined. By continuing with this process, you are authorizing Marquette County to charge up to $100.00 for the type of document you are requesting. If additional funds are required, you will be contacted before being charged.
